Mark Houghton

Hi there, I'm Mark! I come from a research background, but over the past few years, I've been focused on native mobile app development. While I consider myself a generalist, more recently, I’ve been mainly working with iOS.

I get a big kick out of building things that are easy to use, and I prefer to work closely with customers to truly understand their needs and make sure we're solving the right problems.

Outside of work, I’m a big lover of food, so you’ll often find me out exploring the local restaurants, and more recently, I’ve found myself dabbling in the kitchen with Italian-inspired cuisine.

Aside from my love for eating, I also enjoy watching films and trying out new beers and whiskies. When I’m not in Leeds, I’m usually either travelling or spending time in Sicily
