Gin Festival Selects Pocketworks
Gin Festival strives to bring the best craft gins to as many people as possible. They run events all over the UK throughout the year and sell gin through e-commerce.
They partnered with Pocketworks to help achieve a digital transformation as part of their global expansion.
The project started with a strategy workshop to help them create a roadmap that would support KPI’s over the next three years. This entailed designing digital experiments that could drive growth with a high return on investment. In summary:
