App, Yes or No?

It's a tough call, right?

The wrong app will be an expensive mistake, but there's also a huge opportunity. You need to get some answers to make the right call.

Do our customers really need it?

You think customers may benefit from an app, but you're not entirely sure. The wrong app could end up wasting valuable time and money, damage your reputation and leave customers frustrated.

Did we overlook any customer pain points?

You know your customers well, but it's not yet clear what features are really going to make them happy and drive engagement. You want your app to bring them maximum value and convenience.

Will it bring the results we think it will?

It will be hard to get sign-off if your app isn't likely to bring ROI. You've got some projections around revenue and customer growth, but it's hard to know if they are realistic.

What is working for our competitors?

You've taken a peek at competitor apps and got a feeling for what they're doing. However, it's hard to find what's actually working for them. You need data.
